What is Play Therapy?
Lisa B Play Therapy provides evidence-based play therapy services to children aged 3 to 12 years, helping them to explore and express their emotions in a safe, confidential nurturing environment. Lisa provides creative mediums such as sand, clay, art, puppets, Lego, therapeutic storytelling and messy play Through play, children can gain insight into their feelings and build resilience, self-esteem, and social skills.

I am an accredited Play Therapist, with four years of experience working with children in school and private practice settings, Lisa provides compassionate and expert guidance while drawing on the powerful benefits of play therapy. She is currently completing her training to become a fully qualified Clinical Supervisor and is already supervising three therapists in her trainee role.

INDIVDUAL THERAPY
Lisa B Play Therapy provides children with a safe and nurturing environment to express their emotions and feelings through play. Our 1 to 1 sessions are tailored to each individual child's needs and we provide a non-judgmental and confidential space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. Through this therapeutic play, children are able to connect with their inner world, develop self-confidence, and learn positive coping strategies.

GROUP THERAPY
Lisa B Play Therapy provides an opportunity for small groups of children to explore, share and express their feelings in a safe and nurturing environment. Through the use of creative activities such as games, art, music and drama, this therapeutic approach encourages self-expression, self-reflection and self-awareness. It enables children to learn new coping skills, improve communication and build strong relationships with others. By creating a supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere, Lisa B Play Therapy helps children to better manage their emotions.

SUPERVISION
Lisa B Play Therapy provides experienced and creative supervision to certificate, diploma and qualified therapists in a non-judgemental environment. Our service is designed to help you develop the skills needed to become a successful Play Therapist. We offer ongoing advice and support to help you reach your goals.
